Awhile back, I listened in on a conversation between two college going students in the bus. A discussion that saved someone's health.

They were gossiping about some guy in their class. According to the two, the guy always seems to be absent-minded during classes. He doesn’t complete his assignments at all, and these two chatter boxes were complaining that he had been placed in their study group.

“How do we survive that guy? He won't contribute anything to the group, and yet we must hand in the assignment by the end of this week,” said one of the students, clearly sounding concerned.

And chatterbox two happily answered, with a rather interesting offer. She suggested they could carry some snacks to class, and offer their new group member.

“Some few slices of bread, with a healthy spread of Blueband will do the trick. He won't miss a class, or doze off any more!”

That was a great idea, if you ask me. Because even science has proven that a filling breakfast will restore glucose levels, which is very essential for the brain to function, and to keep their friend awake in class!
