After years of having her sexuality questioned Patricia Kihoro now says that she has always dated men and that the public got to see them.

Miss Kihoro added that just because she did not outrightly say 'meet my bae' is the reason why people started speculating about who she was dating.

Speaking on a collaborative YouTube channel post with Maureen Muhia, she said,

For the longest time, I was dating men. If you go through my Instagram over the years I didn’t even hide.

I would post people but it wasn’t like lovey-dovey stuff, if you were keen you would see who I was dating at the time.

I would post them in the context that this is somebody in my life but I wouldn’t reveal in what way they are in my life. I think of how private I kept that side of my life, people then speculate, start to make up things.

Speaking during an interview with Nancie Mwai, Patricia said she rarely responds to negativity.

'A lot of things have been said and i am not the type of person to keep engaging in negativity online.'

The 34-year-old is a celebrated content creator, singer and actress.

Patricia's friends Fena Gitu, Mitchelle Ntalami, Makena Njeri have also been victims of trolls who constantly want to question their sexual orientation.

It makes you wonder how finding out will impact their life.
