Diamond Platnumz seems to surprise us each day. An old interview with Mrishompoto has resurfaced with Diamond admitting to fathering an older kid.

The irony of the video, however, is the fact that Diamond does not recall his secret baby mama’s name.

Apparently, all the musician knows is his daughter could be around eight-years-old but the dad is not sure about what her name is. He said during the interview;

I was not even told her name.

I even do not remember the mother’s name. 

We met and one thing led to the other.

After that she told me she was pregnant but after that I met with Wema Sepetu and got confused.

The singer further claimed that when he tried to arrange a meeting with his child, his baby mother claimed the little girl had travelled to Japan.

Diamond claimed he met his first baby mama through a fellow musician known as Linah.

Diamond is expecting a baby boy with his Kenyan bae Tanasha Donna and the couple revealed the gender of their baby in a colourful ceremony last month.

Looking at the above sentiments by Diamond leaves the question would he have been present in his "secret baby's" life if he knew of her existence?

He has been in the past been accused of child neglect by his ex-wife Zari Hassan.
