Nick Mutuma was once dating Tanasha Donna. At the time, Tanasha, was a commercial model. Years later, Tanasha became more famous after dating singer Diamond Platnumz and venturing into music.

In an interview with Radio Jambo's Massawe Japani, Nick Mutuma admitted that he still speaks to Donna

When asked what they speak about, the actor says just greetings and checking up on each other.

"Habari ya mtoto, uko poa?"

(Hello, how's the baby)

He says they support each other but keep their distance;

Kwa umbali tunasuportia , respectfully

(Yes, we support one another but from a distance)

Mutuma said just like many relationships, their's didn't work, hence why they broke up.

"Si ni life (its life). Not all relationships work out"

He is dating actress Bridgit Shighadi whom he lives with in the same house. They are blessed with a daughter.
