Weight loss has become the in thing over the years, with celebrities and public figures hitting the gym and starting off on a food program to help with getting back into shape.

Some of these celebrities include; media personality Julie Gichuru, actress Catherine Kamau, Kalekye Mumo, Amani, Talia Oyando, Sheila Mwanyigha, Kobi Kihara and others.

Popular preachers Bishop Allan Kiuna and his wife Reverend Kathy Kiuna, of Jubilee Christian Church, have also gone down that road and decided to hit the gym to shed off some weight, despite finding it hard at first.

The couple who have been criticized for alienating average worshipers in their church are said to be one of the most wealthy preachers in the country, so you can be sure that access to a good gym and instructor was not a problem.

With time, they have noticeably lost a great amount of weight, which is a big milestone for them. Bishop Allan Kiuna's physical change is more notable. His belly is no more and his face is much smaller making him look much younger than before.

You will all agree with me that he does look more handsome and years younger now. Well, the Bishop was so pleased with his hard work and progress that he decided to share a few tips about his journey with his fans.

If you want to finally get that courage to lose some fat, this one will really inspire you.

This is what Bishop Kiuna posted back in 2015 when he was addressing his weight loss journey.

In January I started a journey to get in shape. I was 126kgs and I needed to do something about it. It's not been easy journey but my mind was made up. Every thing that you will ever accomplish will be a function of a DECISION. MAKE A CHOICE to change and the journey has began. Then get someone who has done what you want to accomplish and learn from them. Mentorship and expert help is sometimes needed to help chart out a practical route to the venue of success. Finally be determined and dedicated to your goal. Motivation is highly overrated. Just get into action every day and DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!! Don't wait to FEEL anything before you get into ACTION. JUST DO IT!! If you are tired of starting over, THEN DONT QUIT!!!!! It's possible to CHANGE.
