Le Band -the boy band that is growing every day to a point they are being compared to Sauti Sol which is a huge privilege. They started off with music they claim was not what they wanted to do. Le Band say that they did music just to please their fellow artistes in terms of recording arrangements and even the kind of lyrics they wrote for their songs.

It did not take them too long to realize that its all about them and what they can wholeheartedly give to their fans and so they chose to create, build and maintain their unique brand as artistes. The best thing about their new choice was that they have actually amassed a large following and great hits with major artistes such as Khaligraph Jones.

LONG POST 🚨😎

We don’t really do these long post things but heey😂😂

For a while, as we began doing music we did music to make fellow musicians happy. Arrangements on recording, the kind of writing we did. Most of the things we did! We realized we were struggling. We loved our art but it wasn’t genuinely what we intended to share! That was heavy on us. We had a meeting and decided to do us! To do music that resonated with us AND THAT IS POP MUSIC! The kind of music we loved. Music we listened to and always wanted to do! And when we began to do it REALIZING THE CONSEQUENCES BUT NOT FEARING THEM it all changed for Le band. We hurt so'We hurt some people definitely and lost some but we found us' Le Band talk about the struggles of pleasingme people definitely and LOST SOME BUT WE FOUND US and that is what is most important and now we have many more fans who resonate with us and it’s genuine both ways❤️

We thank God for the journey because it’s a path of discovery and we don’t regret any step! We are still growing and it’s the most beautiful part about all of this, about life generally.

Keep walking with us and for anyone whose here first time join us on our legendary journey to becoming Africa’s biggest pop stars🙌🏾

We love y’all so much for sticking with Le band and greater things are coming❤️❤️

This long post was inspired by a post Casper Nyovest put up talking about something similar saying that as an artiste one should not be afraid of losing a lot especially money, friends and fans when you decide to take the path you know is best for you and not to please others.
