I'll list three habits I've been taught about recently that will be of help to you, particularly this Easter weekend where you too can make a good buck just like I personally intend to do.

1. Think Big

If you want to be a highly effective hustler, don't be afraid of chasing after an idea that's bigger than you. When stress or doubt clouds your judgment, take a deep breath and slowly remind yourself this, “If it was meant to be easy, everybody would do it.”

2. Be Authentic

Are you up for the hustle? Then embrace your true self, no matter how awkward or weird some things about you might be. Nobody wants to work with a phony so embrace total authenticity. Create a genuine emotional connection that is unique and special to every person you work with. Be true and be real.

3. Be focused and Stay focused

Highly effective hustlers will agree with this statement from Ron Swanson, “Don’t half-ass two things. Whole-ass one thing.”

While you may juggle more than one long-term project at a time, true success comes from being an avid single-tasker who becomes obsessed and possessed by the task at hand. Sometimes, a person like this may find themselves in a state of “flow” where time becomes meaningless.
