Hotbed of Security: Secret Service Shuts Down JKIA Ahead Of Obamas Arrival (Exclusive Photos)

President Barack Obama's security detail has literally taken over the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) as Air Force One is expected to touch down at the Nairobi airfield in the next four hours.We have been able to get exclusive pictures from JKIA showing the secret service doing a thorough patrol in and outside the airport. (Also check out)

Some of US The President's security team arrived in the country several days ago, and in recent days some of them have been spotted patrolling the city in military choppers.

United States fire engines were also spotted today heading to Westlands. According to former United States Marine Andrew Franklin, Obama's security has been tightened more than ever.

Mombasa Road, Uhuru Highway, Chiromo Road and Museum Hill Road are already looking empty and according to the Nairobi County Traffic Commandant Edward Mwamburi, only emergency and security vehicles will be allowed to used the roads which will remain closed until late night.

All the vehicles which were left near terminal 2 where Obama is expected to pass, were also fork-lifted to create way.
