The first ever Elani live concert dubbed share the love that took place at Impala was filled to the brim with kids as young as five yaears old attending. At first, some thought it would be a flop because Elani are not that popular with the kinds of songs they sing but the large crowds proved that Elani were indeed the Light as their name means. Gates were opened at 1pm and by 6 pm the venue was full waiting for the big surprise.
Guests were entertained by various musicians: Bahati, Pitson and H_art the band without forgetting Dj Creme-de-la-creme who kept rocking the decks. At about a quater to 8pm, Elani trio of Brian Chweya, Wambui Ngugi and Muaureen Kunga who took to the stage were welcomed with shouts, screams from the massive crowds and even choruses of some of their songs. Jana Usiku song was the favorite of them all as the crowds joined in singing word by word. Different outfits were used for each new song performed, Hapo Zamani and Peperuka had the best outfits as Elani were dressed all in white. Barua Ya Dunia, Zuzu and Koo Koo hits also moved the crowds.
