Prominent radio personality Maina Kageni has come to the defence of McDonald Mariga after he was thrown out of the contest for Kibra Member of Parliament.

Mariga was yesterday thrown out of the race after IEBC stated that he was not a registered voter.

Speaking about the issue on CLassic 105 breakfast show, Maina Kageni said that he suspects dirty politics is at played.

I refuse to believe that he is not a registered voter, hii yote ni siasa. I know he is even wondering what he got himself into. Kenya sihami.

Maina went on to ask why no contestant is giving their manifesto outlining the things they will do for the people.

 These candidates are just being pushed onto the people. Next we will be hearing  Khaligraph and Timmy T Dat are contesting.

Maina added that he can't wait to see the 2022 line up.

I thought I was high when Wiper presented Prezzo as their candidate. I can only imagine how hilarious the 2022 line up will be.
