The event, organized by Wildlife Direct in conjunction with Muthoni Ndonga’s Blankets And Wine series of events. Paula Kahumbu, the CEO for the wildlife conservation organization took to Facebook to invite you for the event:
“Dear Friends,
Tomorrow is the day. Please join us and KWS, Sarabi, Sauti Sol, Juliani and Emmanuel Jal in launching Kenya’s first ever Wildlife Festival. We will be celebrating the wonder of elephants in an outdoor family event from 1 pm – 8 p at the United Nations Recreational Grounds. Apart from the awesome Sauti Sol set, we have a special performance by Emmanuel Jal, Juliani, Vanessa Mdee and Syssi Mananga who will perform live for the first time “TUSIMAME” an anthem for elephants. This is part of” We Want Peace” and “Stand For Elephants” initiative.
