Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero spent fathers' day at the first ever International Yoga Festival which took place at the University of Nairobi grounds today.

Spent fathers day today with other Kenyans marking the first UN International Yoga Festival at the University of Nairobi Grounds. NCCG fully supports the Yoga functions and practice as it contributes to people's vision and ability to have self discipline. Yoga practice helps in providing personal peace, physical fitness and improves the emotional state of a person.

I urge youth in Nairobi to embrace the Yoga practice because of its benefits to building an upright, sober and happy society.
