The Government has developed the National Youth Leadership Development Programme, code-named Greatness United, (G-United).

Acting Education Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Mrs Leah Rotich says the programme aims at promoting national cohesion, strengthening and supporting primary education outcomes and equipping the volunteers with essential job and life skills that enhance their employability.

This is a transformative one-year programme initiated by the presidency and implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, with technical support by Evidence Action, an NGO. “The programme is designed to equip the volunteers with an inner compass to guide them through the many opportunities and challenges in life,” she says.

The programme recruits ambitious, self-driven, hardworking, disciplined, brave and adventurous individuals, yearning to transform their lives and that of others.

The programme targets Kenyan university graduates  aged 22-35 interested in volunteering and actively searching for a fulfilling career and looking to enhance your employability skills.
