Businesses in Kisumu was paralysed as the convoy escorting the body of Fidel Odinga made its way from the Kisumu International Airport to the Jomo Kenyatta Sports Ground. Thousands of mourners alined at Jomo Kenyatta grounds to pay their last respects to their fallen hero. The mourners are said to have waited for the  body from the wee hours of the morning.

Hundreds of police officers were deployed to the area. Fidel will be buried at his grandfather’s home tomorrow.
