Ex-sports anchor at KTN Robert Soi took his last breath on Wednesday after spending one week in the Intensive Care Unit at the Nairobi Hospital. His wife, Catherine Wambua Soi, has paid tribute to him.

Soi was readmitted a week ago due to a blood clot in his head. Soi was involved in a road accident months ago, where he injured his head.

His death has left a huge gaping hole in the hearts and lives of many who knew him.

His wife, Catherine Wambua has paid tribute to their life together.

She wrote,

"My heart is broken into a million pieces. He was always our Roberto. Will forever be my Robs."

Adding,

"My person has gone and I thank God he went knowing I've always had his back no matter what Rest with the angels baby, say hi to our dads. I'll see you there."
