Relatives can be annoying at times. If they're are not giving you sleepless nights with calls demanding for money, they are busy trying to bring you down and showing up at your house uninvited.

To make the matter worse, some of them extend their stay making it difficult for you to do some things.

A married Kenyan man by the name Dan is not happy. According to the letter he sent to Uncle Ted asking for advice.

Dan says he is fed up of his wives relatives who have decided to camp at his house for days. He no longer enjoys his privacy.

Dan says that his wife's sisters and cousins have turned his house into their own and do not contribute a single cent for food and even rent.

His wife seem to be cool with it but he isn't. To make the matter worse, when his relatives visit, the wife gives them attitude for days.

Here is what he wrote;

"Dear Uncle Ted,

You won't believe this, but I have been turned into a squatter in my own house. Two of my wife's rude sisters who are employed insist on staying with us but never offer a cent to help with the house budget. Worse my wife's cousins keep popping in and out.

As we speak, one has been camping here for the past two weeks. What annoys me is that as a result, the house help now sleeps in the sitting room, which means I can't watch TV or come home late because she will be there in a nigthdress. Worse,  our five-year-old daughter now sleeps in our room which really messes up my conjugal rights. And yet when my own relatives visit bibi anafura kama mandazi. How do I get rid of these people?"

Here is Uncle Ted's response

"Dan, no law prevents you from marrying another wife. It actually makes a lot of sense if your second life is related to Madam - say a sister or a cousin. Walk to an expensive lingeries shop and buy those women gorgeous underwear and perfume and then present the gifts at the dining table. Those women will ALL be thrown out that night."

Do you think this is the best advice?
