Born in Kisumu 29 years ago, Allan Wanga started playing while at primary school. Famously known as King Wanga, he never dissapoint his fans. Last year he helped Kenya clinch the Cecafa cup by scoring 2 goals against Sudan in the finals at Nyayo National Stadium and also scored the only goal in the Kagame cup finals against APR in Kigali for Al-Merreikh.

Being a father of two and a hubby to the famous TV journalist Brenda Mulinya Wanga, Allan is an inspiration to many including young upcoming talents who refer to him as a role model. Allan who currently plays for Al-Merreikh in the Sudanese Premier League as a striker celebrated his 29th birthday with family and close relatives.
