Kim Kardashian is so embarrassed that her husband bragged about being friends with the President of the United States, something that apparently turned out to be a lie. Kanye West was at Oxford University recently where he gave a lecture about everything from what people don't understand about him to his values.

The whole thing started when Obama appeared of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Sometime into the show, Kimmel revealed to Obama that Kanye said that he (the president) calls his home because they're buddies, to which the president responded bluntly;

“I met Kanye twice. The first time was when I was a senator and he was with his mom and he had just gotten big… And then about six months ago he came to an event. I love his music,” Obama responded. “I don’t think I’ve got his home number.”

Ouch. That was a little too mean!

TMZ, to follow up to the story asked Kanye for comment and he insisted that he loves Obama and they're great friends.

“I love Obama. He called our house before. He knows that. Don’t try to pit us against each other.”
