Felix Kiprono has been in the news for months now. He first came into the limelight as DP Ruto's lawyer to the Hague. Now, after failing to rocket to sustainable fame for wanting to marry Obama's daughter Malia, the guy has come up with another witty stunt.

This comes a few days to the much anticipated Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) which will be headlined by Barack Obama. Kiprono has launched a petition to the Registrar of Persons to have Obama registered as a Kenyan citizen.

Kiprono's argument is that since Obama has a Kenyan father, he deserves to be a fully registered Kenyan citizen, The Standard reports.

“Even the Constitution is clear that one ought to be registered as a citizen of a country if one’s parents hail from that country,” he said. Kiprono had earlier this year offered 50 cows and 50 goats to be allowed to marry the now 17-year-old Malia Obama.
