Allow me to quote the holy book.

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:

a time to plant and a time to uproot,

a time to tear down and a time to build,

a time to weep and a time to laugh,

a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,

a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,

a time to search and a time to give up,

a time to keep and a time to throw away,

a time to tear and a time to mend,

a time to be silent

and a time to speak.

And popular actress Becky Mbithe commonly known as Kalekye seems to have made a decision about her life.

The top talented actress who used to feature in the local reality show; The Real House Helps of Kawangware has called it quits.

Kalekye was among the first cast members on the semi-reality show which portrays the real characters of Kenyan househelps. She is the second on screen talent to resign a few months after fellow actor Njugush called it quits at the celebrated show.

It's not clear why she resigned but Kalekye seems to have found greener pastures. She took to social media to thank her fans for the support and the show's ex-producers for nurturing her talent.

"I take this opportunity to say thank you my fans for the love and support you have shown me in the Real house helps of Kawangware, Abel Mutua thank you for discovering this talent and Phil Karanja for nurturing it.

Protel studio thank you for platform………I hate to say good bye but I have to, I Will no longer be in The Real Househelps of Kawangware (trhk) for unavoidable reasons, trusting God to open other doors…..God bless You all.”

For those who don't know Kalekye, here are her photos.

All the best Kalekye, we will miss you.
