Suzan Makena, former Miss NIBS was found dead in the sea on July 31 morning in Dubai.

The 22-year-old Makena died on her birthday.

According to her friend,

The post-mortem results from Dubai POLICE SHOW THAT SUZIE SLIPPED AND DROWNED.

Makena has been described by many as a fun-loving and hardworking woman. She studied Tourism at the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies town campus.

In one of her posts she posted early this year, she talked about how life is challenging.

Life is not that simple at times we cry alone, laugh it all out but your labour in God is never and will never be in vain. Just a prayer ....it works,' she wrote.
