On Wednesday this week lovers across the world celebrated Valentine's day and many local celebrities poured out their hearts to their better halves.

Self-proclaimed singer Prezzo, who is still single, was among the unlucky ones who had no one to express their love to but we hope next year on 14th February, Mungu atakuwa amewatembelea.

Well, for those who watched the 7th season of Big Brother Africa in 2012 know the history of Prezzo and the late Goldie Harvey. The two singers started dating and after the season finale of BBA, Prezzo traveled to Nigeria to visit Goldie. Their fans were convinced that the two would end up together but unfortunately, Goldie passed away on 14th February 2013.

There were several stories surrounding her cause of death with many claiming that she suffered from Deep vein thrombosis  (DVT).

Five years down the line, Prezzo still remembers Goldie and in an interview with Mpasho, he talked about the kind of woman she was saying that he misses her,

"Goldie was a great woman, an intellectual and a good cook. I pray that her soul continue resting in peace. I miss her."
