Just a few days ago, Kenyan gospel artiste Holy Dave took to social media to share some good news with his fans. He announced that he is pursuing doctorate degree (PhD) at the University of Nairobi.

Once he graduates with his PhD, he could just be the first Kenyan musician to do so. He'll also have done that at a young age.

Earlier this year, I had an interview with the "Imani" singer and he came across as a diverse musician, engaging in various other stuff. He runs a media production company called Sound Deluge and the Muthengi Foundation with his sister Joey Muthengi.

As for the music, is he quitting? It does not look like it because recently he performed at the Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology.
