The late former Zimbabwe president Robert Mugabe has left behind a wife Grace. They got married in 1996 after the death of Robert's first wife in 1992.

Not so long ago, Grace Mugabe was nicknamed ‘Gucci Grace’ after photos showing off her opulent lifestyle surfaced.

Some media outlets reported that she had 12 diamond rings, 62 pairs of Ferragamo shoes and a Rolex worth Kshs 9,918,396.

Her son Robert Mugabe Jn refuted the claims and in a recent interview, he said:

I HAVE SAVED MY MOTHER IN MY PHONEBOOK AS GUCCI GRACE. SHE LIKES DRESSING WELL AND FUNNY ENOUGH SHE DOESN’T OWN ANY GUCCI STUFF CONTRARY TO THE REPORTS BY THE MEDIA.
