Its barely a week since Jared Otieno popularly known as "Jaro Soja " an ardent colorful Kogallo fan was offered a job by President Uhuru Kenyatta. Rumour has it that he declined the job and instead wants the president to give him money to start a shoe selling business. If I may ask, where did the Kshs.100,000 that was given to him go? Well only God knows; after-all man must hustle. Why would one refuse a job offer from the head of state in this case?

When asked if this was true, he went on to defend himself and this is what he wrote on his facebook page.

Some say that Jaro Soja is "sponsored" by the club he supports; but at the end of the day it's his choice. He can continue to run his gym in Kayole if he wants to; but being a civil servant has it's perks; like job security and pension. Can someone who really cares about Jaro Soja offer him some advice?
