Giniwasekao! Gor Mahia Keeps Haters Talking After Winning A Treble

Gor Mahia FC stretched their unbeaten run after beating Sony Sugar FC in the top 8 knock-out finals played on Saturday afternoon at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu. The sugar millers proved to be the best by scoring a goal in the first half but after returning from the break, Meddie Kagere equalized for Gor Mahia making it 1-1.

The match ended 1-1 after the final whistle, and the two teams were given 30 minutes extra time. After 22 minutes of the extra time, Meddie Kagere doubled Gor Mahia's score sending Kogalo into jubilation.

Gor Mahia booked a chance into the Top 8 finals after thrashing Tusker FC 2-1 at the Nyayo national Stadium on Wednesday. It's been a good season for Kogalo as they finished as the only unbeaten team in the KPL 2015 season.

Gor Mahia has won 3 titles this year; the 2015 Kenya Premier League title, Super 8 and DSTV Super cup.
