Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has today told a court that he has closed his Facebook and Twitter accounts as part of a reconciliation deal with the NCIC. However, Chief Inspector of Police Robert Mabeya insisted that Kuria has continued to post hateful statements in his Social Media accounts.

Today when the case came for hearing Kuria's assisting lawyer sought for more time to enable the lead counsel to be present to argue the application by the prosecution who want the bail terms forfeited. Kuria is out on bail of Sh2 million.
