The massacre that took place in Mandera of civil servants has rocked the country but for me, the shocking thing is not that it happened but rather that we are counting yet another instance of sheer anarchy and terror yet a month has not even ended since we had the last massacre, that time of Administration police officers.

But I do not want to get in to the matter in a political way, I just want to identify the victims who fell victim to a moribund security apparatus and opportunistic terrorists. It is unfortunate that they had to die in such a brutal manner but all we can do now is pray that their souls find peace in the warmth of embrace of the Lord our God. Amen:
