19 Gor Mahia Fans have today been arraigned in court faced with three counts of being armed in a public place, creating a disturbance and assault on Sunday after the abandoned Mashemeji Derby.

The fans who include a 16-year-old boy were accused that on Sunday last week on various streets in Nairobi, they were armed with stones with intent to cause terror to members of the Public.

The Prosecution also says that the fans stoned motorists and assaulted a passer-by. They however did not take a plea after their lawyer said that their rights had been violated.The Court is this afternoon set to rule on whether they will answer to the charges.
