Former Kakamega Senator, Boni Khalwale, is mourning.

His first wife, Adelaide Khalwale is dead.

K24 Digital reports that Adelaide passed away on Saturday morning, October 5, after a long battle with cancer.

The ex-senators wife was working at the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology in Kakamega County.

The man who is synonymous with bullfighting, continued, "I nonetheless stuck to my girl who is today my wife. At the time, she had dropped out in form two because of me. I, however, made sure she went back to class and is currently working at a local university."
