It hasn’t been easy, but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come. When you're from a humble background like I am, you are just grateful that you can finally afford a decent meal at the end of the day and have a roof over your head. You see, back then it wasn’t like this. I've been through rough times... from struggling with school fees to being jobless to doing casual jobs which weren’t permanent. An uncertain future is not the best thing to go through.

I'm glad that after all these years, I can finally send some money back home, enjoy some a game of football at my local and take my girl Gina out for a decent meal from time to time. Honestly, I believe that you don’t need loads of money to have a great time. It’s the little things that count at the end of the day. People really want to know that you care for them and Gina knows that I genuinely do.

Even though I don’t take her to those big fancy restaurants that cost an arm and a leg, she knows I will always have her back. You have to consistently care for people and show them that you are consistent through your actions.
