A form four student at Vihiga High School has been shot by police at Kondele after he was sent away for school fees from the school.

According to eye witnesses, the boy was buying ice in the area when police were dispersing some crowd and shot the student from the back despite attending from where he was.

"One of the officers came with a Knife slit his throught futher to remove the bullet which they then took away, "alleged a resident who seeked not to be mention at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Morgue.

They were with the boy 18years when they took breakfast in the morning and was just around but when it came lunch time, she was called that the son was shot dead by officers.
