Harmonize has revealed that he was the one that terminated his contract with Diamond’s record label WCB.
He was also required to pay 500million Tanzanian shillings (Ksh 22.5 million).
He was also not supposed to use his voice, name or anything that involves his career before paying the money.
“I didn’t leave with bad blood. There was an issue that we failed to resolve so i told the management that I’m going to do my own music. The contract said that if i wanted to terminate the contract, I had to have Tsh 500 million and the cost of creating all the songs that we did while there,” He told clouds media
Revealing that he didn’t have the money, Harmonize says he has sold some of his properties to finish paying up the full amount of 500 million and other miscellaneous expenses.
“I didn’t have the money, so I sold some of my assets. There is a place I was building my houses, three of them, I had to sell them. I did that because money is nothing. I have sent part of the amount and the remaining one is very little.”
“I can use it cause I have paid some of the amount. I can also use my voice, my songs and everything that surrounds me.”
He is currently promoting his song Uno.
