Joy Doreen Biira from a local TV station has been anchoring for quite some time. Just recently we learnt that she has taken a turn and joined the government in the mining industry.

She had an interview with Mpasho and she opened up saying she is expectant a child in a few months to come.

She said she will not reveal the gender anytime soon and she will just surprise us when the time is right probably after birth.

She also stated that we will not be seeing this on her social media because she doesn't like putting her personal life out to the public as she has had her encounters.

Her 2018 plan other than the bundle of joy is that she is incorporating the youth a lot this year and she will focus more on strategic communication. She also did mention that it does not mean she will not get back into anchoring as she has just taken a break.
