A leading female gospel artist who perished in a grisly road accident on Sunday, November 27 was finally laid to rest in Mumbuni Village, Kitui County.
Gloria Mwikali who is famed for songs such as Mwiteni Mungu and Namjua Yesu was buried on Thursday, December 8.
Ms Mwikali died in accident at Ngoliba area Kiambu County. She was a single mother and is survived by an 11-year-old daughter.
Speaking at the burial ceremony, Music Copyright Society of Kenya Chairman Lazarus Muli told off KFCB CEO Ezekiel Mutua after the latter said he would ban some singers' names.
