In Australia, traffic rules are more important than anything else - literally. You get fined 10,238 shillings or more for simply not wearing a bicycle helmet.

The mighty and bold do not escape the law as they are often brought to accountability. This happened to Commando actor Arnold Schwarzenegger when he got caught not wearing a helmet while riding his bike in the streets of Melbourne, Australia.

"I saw a group of cyclists riding ahead of me and we just went up to do a routine intercept. Then we noticed that Arnold Schwarzenegger was in the crowd. We spoke to him briefly and had a little chat with him about the reason why I pulled him over," Robert Gillson, a Senior Constable said.

Arnold was in town for the Arnold Body Building Classic which happens every year.
