Remember the 100 bob couple? Wilson Mutura and his wife Anne Muhonja whose wedding budget was $1 (Sh100)?

Well, they are doing fine and their son turned two years old recently.

Mutura has been sharing photos of his family on social media just to update his fans on their life journey.

He values his family a lot and in his recent post, he said it (his family) was the most precious possession he has.

I HAVE SEE ALOT OF THINGS BUT I HAVE NEVER Seen SOMETHING BETTER THAN MY FAMILY. MY FAMILY IS ONE OF THE EXPENSIVE THINGS I HAVE IN MY LIFE, because TO GET A FAMILY MY FRIEND!!!....' he posted.

Wilson and Anne had planned to tie the knot in December 2016 but unfortunately, they didn’t have money.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE COULD NOT RAISE MONEY FOR THE WEDDING. I AM EMPLOYED TO SELL APPLES IN A MKOKOTENI WHERE I’M PAID ON COMMISSION. IF I SELL APPLES WORTH SH1,000, I AM PAID SH100. HAVING NOT RAISED THE CASH, WE CANCELED THE WEDDING,”  WILSON said in previous interviews.

They later held the wedding in 2017 January and spent Sh100 on rings.

After their humble 100 bob wedding went viral, they were thrown for a multi-million shilling wedding courtesy of local corporates.

It cost a total of Sh 3.5million. The two later enjoyed an all-expense-paid honeymoon in Diani.
