Bubbly Kiss 100 radio presenter Adelle Onyango is the most humble and sweet media personalities in the 254 and always having a smile on her face, with her never ending contagious laughter.

Despite always being so jolly and positive with life, she has gone through some hardships that have somehow shaped her to be the brave lady she is now.

She is a victim of rape, which led her to start the 'No Means No' foundation, which is a rape awareness initiative and also to help sensitize the community about rape, thus unearthing the silence and spread more confidence.

Apart from that, she also went through the hardest and most painful time of her life when her mum, Mary Onyango succumbed to breast cancer after a 13 year battle with the illness at the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu.

The ever-smiling lass went through the most heart-wrenching moment of her life when she lost best friend three years ago, but with time has managed to accept and pick up herself to live with the same positivity her late mum did.

Well, today being Mashujaa Day, you can be sure her mother is definitely one of her heroines and hero and the radio presenter took to social media to appreciate the three women she honours on this big day.
