Biggest winners at the award include Caitlin Jenner for her Transgender awareness work, Elisabeth Holmes, an entrepreneur who runs a 4.5 billion dollar blood test company and actress Reese Witherspoon. Witherspoon was honored for co-founding Pacific Standard, a film production company whose projects feature females as protagonist.
