Media personality Angela Angwenyi must be wishing that the ground opens and swallows her alive.

Her flashy Nairobi home at Jacaranda Gardens estate has been auctioned and her accounts frozen after she was involved in the NYS scandal.

Angwenyi was embroiled in the National Youth Service scandal where her company Out of the Box Solutions Limited, won Sh302 million consultancy contract for sensitization campaigns targeting women, youth and persons with disabilities.

1. She's a mother of one

Her son is 15 years old. The last time she shared a photo of her son was back in 2017, when he turned 13.

2. She is a former radio presenter

Angela worked in the radio industry for ten years before she called it quits in 2015. She used to co-host the breakfast show on Kiss 100 with Nyambane and did the Drive show as well. She later moved to Nation FM, where she hosted the morning show and quit after three years.

In a series of tweets, Angela wrote,

3. She is a naturalista

She always rocked natural hair especially afros and short hair. At one point she had dreadlocks.

According to those who've interacted with Angela, she has a great personality. Her former colleagues in the radio industry know her as a bubbly person, fun-loving and interacted with anyone despite their social classes.

She was different from most media personalities. She had a nose piercing, which many females don't favour.

She used to sing at varios clubs that hosted Karaoke Nites.

Angwenyi got a job in Senegal.
