KTN boss Nick Otieno buys a sleek luxury car (PHOTOS)

Flamboyant head of News Production at KTN NEWS, Nick Otieno just splashed Sh3M on a brand new sleek Mercedes E350.

Speaking to Mpasho, Nick says he fell in love with his new machine because "It’s trendy, comfortable and fast."

"Its consumption is affordable and because I’m Nick The Great and Flamboyant it fits my status!" said Nick.

Asked how he could afford such a luxury car in this economy, Nick revealed that he is into construction as a side hustle and hence why he can easily afford such an expensive car and more if he wishes to.

Nick also owns a Toyota Alphard which he uses mostly when he is going on road trips.

A Toyota Alphard (2020 model) costs beween Ksh. 3.60M to Ksh. 4.10M.

Did he take any of his toys to Naivasha for the WRC Safari rally? "I didn't because I was working at the time."

Nick says his hobbies include travelling and playing rugby because he used to play back in Saint Mary's school.

It is at Saint Mary's where Nick met and schooled with President Uhuru Kenyatta and the two have since been great friends and have been seen together numerous times during state events.

"We went to Saint Mary's School...we have a bond," said Nick when asked about his relationship with the president.

The super producer worked at Citizen as Chief News Director and Later at Radio Africa's Kiss TV as the Chief News Director.

Nick was also part of the team that launched KTN NEWS. He worked with Julie Gichuru on Great Debators and her shows at Arimus Studios.
