It is 9 days since comedian Jalang'o dropped the mic at Kiss FM to focus on his political ambitions.

Now, Jalang'o who aspires to be Langata MP come August 2022 says he is jobless and adjusting to it.

Speaking to Mpasho during the launch of Pride ya Kenya Initiative launch, Jalang'o said he is spending time bonding with his kids.

"It is a good space to be in because it gets to a point where you have to leave somewhere for somebody else. I drop the kids in school, I bond with them. Come to events like this one, and I drink soda," Jalang'o said.

Having served in Radio for 15 years, Jalang'o said he was used to waking up early in the morning to go to work.

"My body is re-adjusting. I am still waking up at 4, thinking that i have a job. I wake up then i go to sleep again. It is hard to re-adjust yourself...but then the political field is getting crazy, so there is also no time to sleep," he said.
