Rapper King Kaka is back on stage after a long break due to an ailment. 

On Friday, King Kaka gave an energetic performance in the presence of his wife Nana Owiti. 

At the event, King Kaka performed his newly released song - Manifest featuring Nviiri the Storyteller. 

In the live performance, King Kaka sang passionately about how he is grateful for overcoming sickness and the support he got from his wife Nana. 

He also performed his other songs including;

• Run Ting featuring Fena Gitu 
• Alivyonipenda featuring Otile Brown
• Lini featuring Rich Mavoko

The rapper had been off the stage for a while after a medical misdiagnosis that left him ailing for months. 

He has been celebrating his milestones including gaining his lost weight. 

While narrating his ailment journey, King Kaka gave gratitude to his wife Nana Owiti and mu. 

"I was in between worlds fighting to see my family once more. I would force my last smile when Nana & Moms visited but truth is the nights got darker and I would be back in the ring with life," King Kaka shared.
