Media personality Terryanne Chebet has revealed that she does not fall into the societal pressure of getting married.
At 42-years, the ex-TV anchor said that many people have asked her about her plans on marriage.
"The pressure is from me like am I sure I want to be alone for a long time? My mum gave up, she comes around and finds that am just fine."
Speaking to Mpasho, Terryanne said that she has been focused on raising her two daughters, and is cautious about the kind of man to settle down with.
"Maybe now i need to think about settling. I was focused on raising my kids, introducing a guy is just another whole thing. Now am open to meeting people..going on dates..I would like to hopefully settle soon," she said.
But for Terryanne, it's not just any man, who is alive and kicking that can win her heart.
She described her ideal man as;
"Honest man, somebody who is hardworking. If we have good chemistry, we can talk, we can travel together, is not strict to himself.
Open-minded, and is not a workaholic. One who loves God, goes to church, if he doesn't, I will introduce him. One who loves kids too."
Being an ex-news anchor, Terryanne Chebet is well known for her expertise in business journalism.
