Gospel singer Evelyne Wanjiru father-in-love Rev Agunda Akweyu burial is underway in his homeland Shinyalu, Kakamega county.

Rev Agunda passed on last week. Until his demise, he was a minister at Buruburu Baptist church Phase 3.

Announcing on her social media, Evelyn shared the sad news revealing how heavily she was touched by the loss of her dad.

She wrote;

''This is heavy on me Lord give us Strength... just yesterday our beloved daddy you preached at Buruburu Baptist you spent the whole day ministering...today you are no more... the pain is too much ... #RevAkweyu dance with the angel's daddy..''
