The Atheist Society of Kenya has appointed Emmah Shisoka as their new Secretary after the resignation of Seth Mahiga.
"Meet our incoming Secretary, Ms. EMMAH SHISOKA. Let us congratulate her for accepting to take up this position," the society announced.
Emmah has been appointed to the position just two days after it was left vacant when Seth Mahiga found Jesus.
While announcing Mahiga's resignation, the society's president Harrison Mumia encouraged Kenyans to submit their applications for the position.
“Seth’s reason for resigning is that he has found Jesus Christ and is no longer interested in promoting Atheism in Kenya. We wish Seth well in his newfound relationship with Jesus Christ. We thank him for having served the society with dedication over the last one and a half years,” read a statement by Atheists chairman Harrison Mumia.
