For a long time, team mafisi has wondered if the sexy Wangechi is single or nah. I had an exclusive interview with the artiste about her life post-Coke Studio Africa and she had a lot to say. She also revealed her relationship status.

Wangechi is currently hitting the studio on a daily basis, working on new music.

"I want to do music full time. I want to give it my all and see where it will take me. I'm not really excited to work and help someone achieve their dreams when I can do my music and achieve my dreams," she revealed.

That's truly evident as she has released new music this year and have been part of Coke Studio Africa. The 21-year-old femcee is grateful to her fans for showing her support all this time.

"I want to let them know that I am forever grateful for all the love they have shown me and kept on showing me. They should be prepared for so much next year and to always rep WANJESHI...," she added blissfully.

Talking of her rapidly changing look and style sense, Wangechi revealed that she actually has someone talented behind it.

"Yes. He is the main figure behind all my style of late. His name is Brian Babu. He totally gets me and pushes me to try out new things," she admits.

Previously, she stuck to a tom boy look and never rocked dresses. However, on the show, she looked gracefully in dresses.

The industry has been tough and she has done all she can to remain afloat and relevant - including uping her fashion game. She had this to say to guys who think that she is too young to be on TV shows and billboards across the country:

"I think my age is actually more of a booster to my success. 'Cause many people are very intrigued to find out my age. Every time there's an OH MY GOD moment when I tell people my age. It never makes me feel unappreciated. I'm young and getting it," she said firmly.

For a long time, Wangechi has kept her romantic life off the radar. Now, I can confirm to you that indeed the girl is single. She laughed shyly at the question before finally admitting;

"I am single but searching," she said.
