Award winning actress Brenda Wairimu is causing waves with her role on the third season of Monica on Showmax.

Speaking exclusively to Mpasho Brenda talked about about her 2021 plans, acting alongside and wedding plans.

Brenda play the lead role of Monica in the popular TV series. She is very ambitious and will juggle two boyfriends if it serves her purposes.

Asked if the role she plays as Monicah mirrors her real life as Brenda? She said,

"Not at all, perhaps I am ambitious as well, but never to the detriment of others. I also am unable to juggle more than one boyfriend, I would go mad."

In the past Brenda has been romantically linked to Ephy Saint who plays one of her love interests, Mariga.

Word on the street is that they broke up. Brenda addresses this on this interview.

So, Is it easy acting alongside an ex- in real life?

Brenda responded, "I get a version of this question each time my chemistry with an onscreen love interest is good. I have never acted alongside an ex."

Brenda would love to branch out and try out other roles along the lines of "A superhero or Mythical African godess."

What is the one role that was the hardest to play?

She said, "All of them have been challenging, but I love a goof challenge."

Brenda tactfully answered, "When God wills it."

On her plans for 2021 she said,

"Man plans and God laughs, so I only pray to keep growing and expand my territory."
