Ex Drug Addict Artiste Knows Just Where To Press President Uhuru For Some Loads Of Cash (PHOTO)

Former Ukoo Flani Maumau rapper Grongi, who for years struggled with drug addiction, is a happy man! Recently, he met up with President Uhuru Kenyatta in Paris, where he succeeded in convincing him to give him some good cash.

However, for all you lazy people out there, Grongi didn't wear tattered clothes to have the President's pity, but he was rewarded for his literal work. The France-based rapper, who often flies in and out of the country has since become an author.

Apart from raking in lots of money from his music, the Nothing To Lose hit rapper is now living his dream. At some point in his life, he was wasting away in Mathare slums after a devastating spell of addiction to hard drugs, but after a successful rehabilitation, he got back on his feet. He "escaped" to France to "avoid getting influenced back into drugs by my friends."
