Eric Omondi's elder brother Joseph was finally laid to rest today.

Joseph, who was battling drug addiction and was in and out of rehab, passed away on 19th June this week. Eric Omondi with the help of his longtime friend, newly appointed NACADA board member Chipukeezy had rescued Joseph from a dingy place in River Road and were ready to help him but unfortunately, he passed away the same night.

BECAUSE OF HIS ADDICTION, HE HAS A TENDENCY TO RUN AWAY FROM US TO AVOID REHABILITATION. I TRACKED HIM YESTERDAY THROUGH A TAXI GUY WHO SPOTTED HIM IN NAIROBI DOWNTOWN ALONG NYANDARUA ROAD. @CHIPUKEEZY AND NACADA HAVE PROMISED TO HELP HIM," HE WROTE IN PART.

The comedian has shared a video from his brother's funeral and asked the youth to stay sober and focus with life.
